Support

Causey is an early build. Use this page if something is broken, you cannot sign in, cannot finish deleting an account yourself, or need to report a listing or comment.

Report a problem

This is not a live chat. Describe what went wrong and add a screenshot if it helps. The founding team gets the report by email. If you have a Causey account, replies also show in Alerts. Do not send passwords or student records.

Screenshot (optional)

Up to 4 MB. iPhone photos may need to be saved as JPEG.

Account and deletion

You can delete your account in the Causey app (Me tab) or from Account after signing in. Export is on Account. Organization owners must transfer ownership first.

Ages 13 and up

The Causey phone app is for people 13 and older. It is not a kids app. People 13 or older can create an account in the app. A parent or guardian can manage an under-13 child’s profile from their own adult account; the child does not receive a sign-in.
