Who it’s for: High-school students in participating districts

Your first step

Check your representative’s participation and local submission instructions.

Open official guide ↗

The route

  1. 1
    District submission

Send the required artwork and release materials to your representative’s office.

  2. 2
    District selection

A local panel selects the district’s winning work.

  3. 3
    National exhibition

Winning works are displayed at the U.S. Capitol and recognized through the program.

Before you commit: The national exhibition is not another judging round; each office sets its participation and submission details.
